Tea with William Blake

A visit to the exhibition of the great English painter and, afterwards, to relive the atmospheres from across the Channel, the experience of a typical Afternoon Tea with tasting of tea, English traditional desserts and small sandwiches, served at the elegant Caffè degli Argenti.

The tasting will be accompanied by a brief historical introduction to the Afternoon Tea which, according to tradition, was born in 1800, when the Duchess of Bedfors, a close friend of Queen Victoria, had her “five o’clock snack”, a social event at Court that couldn’t be missed.
